This document shows the only known Wax Seal impression that shows Scots makers marks. The document covers the President of William & Mary collage paying Scot for his services with making the collage seals. The evidence is very significant for the great seal evidence that Scot made the great seals. Except this have been proven by my research, many times over. This is an introduction to the Indian peace medals that I am working on right now. Here we also find Joseph Wright the famous Painters makers marks on the snake tail.
